Roast Level
Dark Roast. We roast these beans to a deep, glossy brown to fully develop their bold, smoky characteristics and minimize bitterness, unlocking their maximum body and caffeine potential.

Brewing Suggestions
· Espresso: Use a fine grind. 18-20g dose for a 30-40ml output. Expect a thick, tiger-striped crema and a powerful shot.
· French Press: Use a coarse grind. Steep for 4-5 minutes for a full immersion into its bold, textured flavors.
· Moka Pot: A medium-fine grind will produce a strong, concentrated brew that highlights its earthy and chocolatey notes.
